Bike
1 Lap – 90km
The bike course is a single 90km loop on the fast roads of the Landes. With plenty of room for everyone it is a mostly flat course with only a few small hills.
Run
4 Laps – 5.2 km
A course of four laps around the lake and in the town of Vieux Boucau. There will be eight aid stations on the 21.1Km course, located at km 2 and 4.
